A year of complain

I bought a fridge with Lewis K.I.C water dispenser and encountered a few problems with it first it was the door that couldn't close well and could see the light through it they sent a guy to fix it he came and just poured hot water over and then I realised that the food was not getting cold even the water I turned it up to 7 then it worked but winter time they will get frozen and burnt the globe and the ones i replaced with I talked to Zodwa and she did lay a complae but till today I haven't got a replacement I even stope paying them cause I felt I was the only one keeping to the contract they were ignoring my consumer rights please help me to get a new fridge or they take this one and give me back what I have paid for it cause it looks like they not willing to hear me and give me a new fridge cause its almost a year I have been complaining about one thing over and over again
