A valued Customer

My visit today to Lewis stores Durban west street. I met Sandy the store Manager, I've been in contact with her regarding my insurance claims. I had told her during one of our telephonic conversations about my health issues resulting to my failure in submitting my supporting documents on time. As I walked towards her she immediately stopped what she was doing, acknowledged me and offered me a chair to sit. I then introduced myself, she was extremly welcoming however looked worried on how sick I was. At the end of our business she asked, "how did I get to the store"? I told her i used public transport and walked all the way to the store. She then asked where was i going from the store? I told her I was going back to my taxi rank to catch my taxi back home. She immediately called one of the drivers and offered her own personal vehicle, should there be no van available to drop me off at home. It was so unexpected, such sympathy it was heart fealt, she created a lifetime memory for me with Lewis stores. As an experienced Customer Relations Manager she will always be my perfect examples of great customer relations/service. Thank you Sandy.
