A Total Nightmare

I opened an Account in 2018 and bought a Washing Machine for my Mom. I settled a few days afterwards. Wanting to help my Mom who is and Pensioner, but that was the beginning of her Troubles. The Machine been reported 4 Times and you have to wait for two weeks before they come to collect it. Had I known this I would have took my hard earned money and spend it somewhere else. I reported the machine last month and it was eventually collected for 'repairs' but its still in the same condition. Such a Beautiful Machine such a disaster. This experience left a Bitter Taste in my mouth.

Megan van Wyk is really going above and beyond to assist but she can only do so much. One bad experience will overshadow the good ones and my mom whom I wanted to help is really at her Wits....
