I'm here to give feedback after I have complained about one of Lewis Stores. They contacted me and we discussed everything regarding the issue, and what they need from me in order to resolve it. Well a Lady called Carol from the Help Desk Office is the one that was assisting me & keep on contact me until today when I receive a bank notification of R3000 that Lewis paid back. So thank you so much for the refund. Carol your customer service service is supper great you have presented Lewis very well.
