A fridge was damaged during delivery

A glass four mirror doors kelvinator was damaged by the lewis delivery team. I ve went to the store to report on seven occassions and everytime was told that the computers are off line. Eventually i stop payments since I can see that I m about to settle it. Now the store have the nerve to threaten me with legal action by a letter and want to repossess the fridge. This is ridiculous and will not keep quite about it. They 'll have another thing coming. I 've waisted my time and money trying to and from the store to sort this mass and the shop is been deliberately dodging me. This is ********* and i am prepared to see it to the end. I will not take this nonsense from this shop and I 've had it. This stop now...no more of this violations. This is why they always don't know their head office number if you say you want to lodge a compliant and always told that the manager is either out or in some meetings. I will appreciate if this matter reach urgent attention. Looking forward to hear from your respective office. This must come to an end and this store has a reputation of ignoring and avoiding customer problems until they settle the items. It is the same thing that they re doing to me.
