A complain regarding a bed purchase in tembisa mall bears

Ha a bad experience in purchasing a bed in bears mall at tembisa branch the bed got damaged in 4 months I reported the mater they been going back and forth since last year November till today they forever telling to send vedios and pictures but they doing nothing when I call for follow up they will always say the manager who was responsible has resigned while m paying for a damaged bad
