A 1 star is not even a rating ,they are a bunch of hoologans , unprofessional, dont have any respect for their clients. They come infort of you housescreaming and shouting for payment . Dont come in and discuss , this Roxanne , apperantly from HO, thinks she is Mrs Lewis. I never came across such bunch of disgrace. Mrs Lewis wants to have a locksmith come and open my gate , while I gave them permission to come in the first time . I really think Lewis need to teach their staff how to deal with their client. I am glad I do not have dealings with them , my husband had , he is paying his account for 4 years on time and more than he is suppose to and because he is not working now and his account fell in arrears for 2 months ,they came and scream and shout for a 500 rand . Sis you all need to be ashamed . Terreble people ,not the store or name brand but the people working for that branch.
