5/5 for Lewis stores employees

You would have noticed by now that I have written a number of negative reviews about this company as a whole including it's employees, however today you see a slitely better review from me about the same company.

This rating is simply influenced by it's employees who have went out of their way to resolve my dissatisfaction. The balance of the score is simply because I still don't approve of the way this company run and treats its customers. Maybe one day the company will improve and a well deserved 5 will be rated but not at present.

If hellopeter gave an option to rate employees separately and the company separately, I definitely would have rated the employees 5/5 and rated the store a 2 if not a 1 still.

With all being said I would like to thank Sandy, store manager of Lewis stores Durban West Street and Carol from Lewis stores customer care Head office for their exceptional service and professionalism. I can only imagine what names their have given me but I sincierly hope this review make them realize that I'm not any of those but just a customer who wants service that he simply deserves and they have delivered.
