2024-09-20 I bought 4 plate Defy stove,LG mini wifi and Defy fridge on account Unfortunately on 24-10-2024 there was a break in at my home while we were at work and amplifier was ****** 25-10-2024 ,I went to Tsakane police station to open a case ,I was given a case number, I went to the shop to report and claim for ****** goods with their insurance company "Monarch " Few days later I received a call from the insurance company regarding my claim They needed photos of my house which I submitted and the picture of where in the house the amplifier was placed ,I was helped by a lady called Jade Few days later I received an email stating that my claim was declined due to lack of evidence I'm still paying for something that I don't have anymore Kindly assist me regarding this matter 🙏 🙏🙏
