1 year guarantee goods from Lewis store but damaged in five month

I bought a bed at Lewis Chris Hanni mall, I complaint about a bed, the bed sinks and the mattress sound like tractor, and the springs even comes out,they are doing nothing about it, it's been three months now,I pay insurance but still nothing
