We bought couches at best electrical in Grahamstown in the Eastern Cape in 2014, in the same year we laid a complaint about the condition of the couches. A man buy the name of Chris came to collect them as the springs were popping out as it was painful to sit on them. 2015 ened as we are in 2016 now in January we were told by Chris and his female manager that they can not pay the upholstery as it is expensive for them. The only thing that best electric can do is to pay the couches off as in cancelling our instalment and return the couches as back to us as they took them, and fix them ourselves. It's now end of March since we have waited for the unrepaired couches everyday I the husband gets a call that we on our way to deliver and they never arrive. That is very very bad customer service.
