My Mother bought a refrigerator at Lewis paying in instalments using her Sassa grant, she reported on her year 1 of the agreement that the refrigerator is over freezing, someone came to fix it, it continued until it stopped working completely on Feb 2024,she paid so much money only for the fridge to stop working. She only enjoyed this refrigerator for only 2 years.

when she reported this at Lewis, they told her the refrigerator is out of warranty and she must buy a new one she qualifies. I then called the head office to complain the lady told me they can't assist it's out of warranty.

I highlighted to her that they should notify the product owner as the is a problem with their product and it's not fair that i she paid so much money to only use the fridge for only 4 years.

they must stop playing with pensioner's, she wants her money back, they are reaping pensioners buy selling them secondhand goods.

Please intervene and assist my mother.
