😠I'm so mad. On the 05 of October 2022 Head office of Lewis let me know, that the Insurance department approved my cleim for the HIFI they stole in September 2022. On Friday 07 October 2022 I go to Lewis store in Madjadjiskloof Limpopo after work and ask if I can have my HIFI. The salesman Boswha said he did received the email on Wednesday 05 October 2022 but he forgot to let me know that my HIFI is approved at headoffice. Then the sales man said we must come on Saturday 08 October 2022 to the store to come and collect the HIFI. When we got there he was not been found in store, the Manager lady of Lewis store in Madjadjiskloof Limpopo said he went to Tzaneen, I said to her this is so unprefecional and told her what the sales man said on Friday. Then the Manager lady said and promised that I will receive my HIFI on Monday 10 October 2022. Whe got home and ones again empty promises. Again I had to use my Owen petrol to go to Lewis store. Whalk in Lewis store in Madjadjiskloof Limpopo the Manager lady said to me. O sorry I know I told you we will deliver on Monday 10 October 2022 but we do not have a BOX to but in the HIFI. So this means they want to give me a second hand HIFI. The Manager lady at Lewis store in Madjadjiskloof Limpopo, also gave wrong cell phone number for the sales man. She gave her husband Daniel cell number. I will publish Lewis store in Madjadjiskloof Limpopo on social media. They are the worst store to buy some goods. 😠😠😬😬
