Billed for visitation fee that cannot be explained

Billed for Hospital visit that never occured. Then they claim it's a fee to fit the brace that I was supp**** with...The brace was never fitted by your employee, I have to fit it myself! 04/06/18: I receive a mail from your collection agents to say the account has been sorted and that I will not be getting any more accounts.

Then you decide no, now you want to claim the funds again!?
