Who cares about the buyer's rights?

<p>I have recently bought a property marketed by Lew Geffen Sotheby’s International Realtors.</p> <p>After transfer of the property to me, the seller refused to move out of my house. I had to start with legal proceedings regarding the breach of the purchase agreement. I received no assistance from the estate agent, Sue Hall, and was in fact defamed by the seller and Sue Hall because I refused to extend "occupational rental", notwithstanding the fact that I have advised the seller that he is breach of the purchase agreement and that I am not extending his "occupational rental". </p> <p>The branch manager, Ruth, had an extremely unhelpful attitude making it clear that it is my fault that the seller is not moving out of my house. The logic of that still boggles my mind.</p> <p>My advise to any potential purchaser: Steer very clear of any property marketed by Lew Geffen Sotheby’s International Realtors. They do not care about the rights of buyers and only cares about commission.</p>
