I have had an issue with their Roodepoort branch and my current landlord I have before I entered into the house that issues with the house will be fixed. Very little was fixed. Most of all the jacuzzi that is in the house was suppose to be fixed or I was told that it will be revamped and working by the time I came of which didn’t happen. I have handed in my notice and because the lease says I forfeit my deposit if I break lease. The rental administrator Mariana has emailed me saying that this was not in writing that the owner was to fix it. This is disgusting I will never ever rent from these people again shady isn’t the word. I’m taking them to court most definitely. People must be aware.
