Rented my cottage

I contacted Ben at Lew Geffen Estates to let my one cottage. He brought a prospective tenant, I met her, Did not like her, my husband met her and agreed to let her have the cottage. 1 year lease. The tenant moved in, no lease agreement came to me or my husband. I went to hospital. My husband continues, he called Ben for a copy of the signed lease, he claimed to have sent it with the tenant. No lease when asking the tenant. Ben emailed a new copy, to be signed. my husband asked her to sign. No lease came back. The tenant asked after one month to move to my other cottage, my husband agreed, she moved and then noticed she had taken both cottages. he told her that would be 2 rents, she agreed, to payment 4 both, took the deposit for the rent. Eventually we had up to 7 people living on the property. The tenant looted my store room, this taking out house holds of furniture, beds, linen, towels, throws bedding duvets (goose downs) tv and so on. The tenant occupies three cottages eventually, in the end she was asked to leave due to high traffic and abuse of my agreement. With her went all my keys, security door keys, gate keys remotes curtains, items too short here, Ben was called no help.
