Pathetic service from Adele Bloom!!!

Never ever do business with Adele Bloom from the Rivonia (Sandton branch). She has a nasty attitude, doesn't care that you are actually the client, she thinks she is doing you a favor. When I decided to cancel my mandate with her, she did a complete 180. I asked her to drop off my keys, she responds that I must pick up from her offices and only during working hours as she is not available. That just shows that we are just a number to her. When she wanted the business she picked up the keys AFTER hours, so why cant she drop off the same way. I messaged couple of times and emailed and I eventually got a response the next day that she will drop off at my guardhouse and she will let me know before end of day if she did. Towards the end of the day i whatsapp her and she had blocked me, i tried calling and she cuts the calls. I then called Lew Geffen Head office to report it and that I would charge the company for theft if its not returned. and less than 5 min she unblocks me and replys to my whatsapp and by e-mail to say she had left it at my guardhouse. What childish behaviour and is this the kind of staff Lew Geffen wants to have dealing with clients..they need to think again..Pathetic service from Adele.
