NEVER TRUST THEM!!!!

<p>We rented a house thru Sotheby's, entry check lists was done, lots of little issues, one year later we move out, Sotheby's agent informs landlord that we are redponsible for issues and can not get deposit back! Sotheby's after lots and lots of correspondence informed us via their attorneys to please not bother them again and that this matter is between us and the landlord. </p>
