Lee Geffen Sotheby’s Port Alfred: Worst estate agent experience ever!

One star is too much of a rating for this shocking service. This estate agent Lee Geffen Sotheby’s in Port Alfred twice did not do tenant close out post a lease ending. The first time we were left with a massive electricity municipal bill. The second time the flat was left so dirty, it took 3 hours just to clean the shower floor. The kettle and toaster were broken; the multi lead is missing, 3 fishing rods are broken, the linen was so smelly they all had to be sent for cleaning! The windows were filthy. My crockery is missing ( Lids but no dishes!) etc etc. It has almost been a month since my first complaint with still no answer. Please can you advise a way forward?
