disgusted with the level of sevice!!!!!!!

<p> We rented out our house in Richards Bay. The agents were so unprofessional. They gave us a day to move out so they can move a tenant in that did not view the property. The tenant stay the entire month without signing the lease. The agents ignored my call for so many days and when I sent a message asking the agents whats her problem she simply says she was too busy and didnt know it was me...when I asked her what was going on she says she doesnt have any dealings with it anymore I should call the other agent cause she deals with it now...yet the agents said she doesnt...was being avoided and **** to.in the end the renant used my house for one month and Sotheby's made some money and I got stuck with the bill of the maintenance....they are unprofessional and disrespectful, I will never advise my friends or family to use them...what a digrace!!!!!!!!!!</p>
