Continuous bad service from these agents in

I have had the most terrible rental experience with this company in 6 month contract to rent a residential property.

Firstly when viewing I was promised more than I ended up getting and they then changed by saying that the owner didn't agree to that, you would think proper procedure would have been followed with a clear understanding of what is available and what is not between the agent and owner.

On the day or a day before I was suppose to move in I was told I cannot move in as the house was not in a livable state as the refurbishments where still underway. Then eventually after 3 day I was told I can move my things in and they would just need a day to finish up. Then after I moved in I had to hire someone to clean the home as it was still full of dust and cement.

There was a leak in the garden, the water supply has been leaking since I have moved in. They sent someone to fix it but the person only made the leak a bit better and was not completely fixed and the lawn around the leak keeps growing and is always went. My car was even stuck in the mud for a few days because it was so wet.

Then after 3 months the electricity was switched off for a full 4 days and the reason being they were not paying the bill. And I had just bought groceries and I work from home so this was a huge inconvenience as the water was cold. I could not charge my phones or laptop, had to keep buying take out which was a great inconvience.

And now nearing my contract ending I was suddenly told to pay the electricity bill for the whole time I have been staying there where this was not mentioned prior to my occupation.

I am extreme unhappy with this service and have been inconvienced in a number of ways which has resulted it this dissatisfaction of service.
