It came now to the owner attention according to the lawyer that the business on the contract is not valid the agent chris liebenberg refuse payout of damage and want the owner to hold the tenant/s who ever they all was staying in the house respobsible. The agents kept on refusing to sort or payout the damages of R36000.00 . And only want to pay R5000.00 from the last tenant who was suppose to be in the house fir the duration of the contract.
