Breach of property contract

Chris Liebenberg prevoous owner of Legacy Homes. Subletting house and damage occure to house Chris Liebenberg and Henno Mentscrefuse to pay out damage to house. Company on contract do not exist. Chris and Henno wants owner to sue tenants. Owner do not know who was for sure in house. 2 different family occuppied the house time to time. Indiers and black people. Chris did also in my present and many times on cell recorded voice notes call the tenants the K word. Chris is not an honest agent according to my experiences with him and suddenly in december 2016 Henno showed up out of the blue.
