Agent subletting and damages to house

Chris Liebenberg previous owner of Legacy Homes. Contract signed by himself and after to a reggies guy. Business on contract does not exist. Indiers and black people stay during time and house inside and outside get damage. Owner could never inspect the house chris involve another partner Henno Mentz to the problem. They treat owner very badly refuse damage payments to the property came to R36000.00. Chris and Henno insist owner must sue tenant which tenant must be sue if 1 of them only wants to pay 5000.00 to damages. Chris did take every 6 month his commissioning. Even when there was no contract signed for past 6 months before moving out. I want my money for the damages to the house and not before they dont pay i will kept on writing thus review i did also report it now to the EAAB
