Bad Customer Service rendered

The worst service ever, they Rob unknowing victims of their money!! This Real Estate company which trades under the name Alpsgroup Digital Property Group with website https://www.alpsgroup.biz/ advertised a unit on Property 24 and I made an enquiry . I was told it was available and we app**** and got a lease and invoice, I was told o would move In in 3 days and that was on the 11th of August. They haven’t delivered up to now and are even telling me they won’t refund me Admin fees of R2000 together with my deposit even though they advertised a unit that they knew was not available. Im still with no house yet they are refusing to refund me my full amount , instead they are deducting fees yet o never got the unit I app**** for
