Shocking service at Levisons Morningside

I took a bag and a seat cover to Levisons in the Morningside shopping centre for stitching and was told to come back 2 days later to collect being Wednesday ,i went on Thursday and was told it was not ready ,come back on Friday ,went Friday pm and still not ready ,told it would definately be ready Saturday went Saturday still not ready so contacted the Franchise owner Charmaine *** who said that she was in an event and would call me back two days later still waiting ,I decided to collect today Sunday so went at 13.30 and was told they were working on it and it would be ready in 10 minutes went back and collected ,worst service ever
