poor after sale service

Bought shoes and a cap from Levison's ORDER NO. #9804. on the 17/12/2022

Order not delivered yet today (23/12/2022)

Their phone just ring if you phone them. Sent an email to support, and no response.

The courier company does not know where my parcel is and when it will be delivered.

This is very poor service
