Lqcoste takkie

I bought a takkie last weekend they gave me the wrong sizes 7.5 and 8 came to change the 8, wanted to wear the takkie today wasn't comfortable as the size is a finger space big called early this morning lady said I should bring it back amd now they claim I wore a takkoe that's big for me and don't want to change it , terrible service
