Levisons/Lacoste poor quality and disgusting service

I am so utterly disappointed and disgusted with the poor service and poor quality I got from Levisons South Gate Mall. Now I have lost trust in a brand of lacoste that I had loved for so many years. They sold me cheap quality lacoste for a high price and didn't inform me of anything. The 1st time I wash the sneaker the leather peals off and the manager tells me that there's nothing they can do. They won't refund nor exchange, so Im stuck with that horrible pair of cheap imitation. Never never again will I buy from that store and never buying Lacoste again because the brand is not helping us consumers in these situations. I work long & hard budgeting to buy 1pair of good quality sneakers then my money goes down the toilet because of this *********** and misleading staff.
