Lacoste sneaker replacement. Sneaker got damaged in less than 7 days!!

I bought a shoe on the 1st of November, it got delivered on the 2nd than I wore the shoe of the 5th of November.. I sent them a email on the 8th of November that the Lacoste logo was peeling off and this was 7days after deliver and this sneaker costs R2,150 and I didn't get my value for money... they came to pick up the sneaker fine, but now the problem is that they say the sneaker was damaged because of negligence which isn't true because in the picture I sent to them you can clearly see that there no damage on the sneaker but the problem is that the logo was actually peeling off which I wasn't happy with all I wanted was for them to replace the sneaker and give m3 another one but they refused and say there's nothing they can do which is honestly not fair a person can't spend so much money and not be happy. Please help me..
