Bad service and claim not attended to

I bought a jersey for my husband last year December,and he wore it twice then I washed it.The Jersey shrinked to a small size from its original size.We went back to Southgate Mall Levisons and we got pathetic service from them.We were told that the brand is not going to look at it and also given numbers to call the brand manager.This morning I called Levisons office and was told that no one is available to assist since the whole team is on quarantine.I do not understand how that is possible for customers to be told that they do not know when they will be contacted. A lady by the name of Thuli was the one who told me that. This is not fair on customers
