Bad customer seevice

Called Levisons Carlton Centre last week with an enquiry of a sneaker I wanted which Southgate didn't have my size, spoke to a guy named Paul who was ultra rude to me and eventually hung up the phone while I was still asking about the size of my sneaker.... I doubt I'll ever support Levisons Carlton due to the bad customer service I got from Paul
