Poor service

I bought sneakers via online and the order was confirmed, I waited for 2 weeks for delivery only to find out what I order was out of stock. I was looking forward 4 the sneakers and bought an outfit to compliment them. My problem is that why wait for 2 weeks to tell me what I ordered is out of stock. I had to make follow up myself to check on my order. I'm disappointed with the service. Order #24005
