Poor Product and Customer Service

Terrible, unacceptable customer service and poor product quality. They sold me a defected Lacoste sneaker online and when I told them that the sneaker has an issue they said since its not visible there is no exchange nor return. Now I am stuck with an expensive defected sneaker that is not wearable. They even tried making excuses that I wore the sneaker multiple times without any proof and the sneaker is still brand new, I even sent them pictures and they still refuse to take accountability
