Horrible service

I purchased a sneaker on the 02 August 2024 size 12 and it got delivered on the 06 August 2024 only to find out that they delivered size 11.5. I sent a return request on the 06 August the day that it was delivered and also sent an email to their customer support email. Up to this day i have not heard from them. Their *** just rings and nobody picks up. I am so frustrated as i need to send return the shoe for the correct size or get to be refunded my money.
