Worse customer service ever they don’t communicate whatsoever if you use this platform for shopping make sure you won’t be returning anything cause it’s hard for them to take out money once it’s in. ORDER NO. LUECOM1Z26728 I returned sneaker’s the 16/09/24 which were big in size no confirmation received if they received back the sneakers ? No communication received about processing my refund as it stands I don't know where I stand. But yeah if you use their service be 100% sure or ur order.
