Very disappointed with Levi's online store and service

I purchased a pair of jeans from the Levi's online store for my husband's birthday, and it was my first time buying from Levi's. I was not aware that their jeans come with buttons and was unfami**** with their sizing. As a result, the jeans didn't fit properly, so we attempted to exchange them at a physical store. Unfortunately, we were informed that exchanges could only be done online.

Getting in touch with Levi's proved to be a challenge, and when we finally reached them, we were told it was too late for an exchange. When I inquired about what to do with the R1200 jeans that my husband couldn't wear, a gift for his 40th birthday, they suggested selling them to someone else and purchasing a better-fitting pair. I'm truly disappointed with how this situation was handled, and it's disheartening that my husband can't enjoy the expensive gift I got for his 40th birthday.
