Very bad service do not support Levi’s online store in South Africa

I purchased Levi jeans online, on their official website, they delivered a jean totally dissimilar to what was advertised and could not really care to deliver the correct jean, they take forever to fix the issue, just a poor admin lady sending my an email the matter is receiving attention
