Unhappy about sneakers

I bought my levi denim sneakers during July/August 2017.

I wear them a little during winter but never during summer. It is 10 months after the purchase and I might have worn them at the most anything between 20 and 30 times.

The back part of my left shoe cracked and is hurting me so much that I am unable to wear them anymore. My shoes are still in such a good condition but just because the one shoe hurt me so much I am unable to wear them. So unhappy about that. This is not what I expect of Levi's quality. It is only the one side. And I loved my shoes so much but if this is the quality I will not buy a pair again.

Levi is such a good brand but clearly not in this case. Very unhappy.
