True Service

I purchased a pair of jeans from Edgars, a month later they tore at the one pocket. Edgars, stated I must check the T&C's so I can talk to the manager. So I contacted Levi's direct, they asked which of there stores is closest to me to take my jeans too. I took them to the East Gate store and they sent them to head office in Cape Town to check. They then contacted me to say I can collect my new pair from the store as the jeans had a problem! What service to a client that bought the jeans from a different store. I know which jeans I will be wearing from now and into the future!
