THIS IS *******! No refund despite returning items over 14 days ago.

THIS IS *******! Terrible service. I ordered 2 items, a jeans and a shirt, the jeans quality was sub-par so I requested a return and refund, the shirt I received was not what I ordered, after logging a return I received the wrong shirt again so I requested a return and refund for the shirt too.

I have yet to be refunded for anything and it has been 14 days since Levi's has confirmed receipt of the original items. I have followed up many times on email and received little to no feedback. Repeated request for updates on the status of my refunds fall on deaf ears.
