Take the money and run - lip service customer care.
I cannot even begin to explain the level of incompetency and lack of caring and customer service by Levi's - specifically Cape Town so called 'Head Office'.
My pair of Levi 501's started to fall apart after around 6 months and maybe 6 washes. It's one of 3 pairs I bought at the same time.
The belt loop just tore right out. The crotch wore right through.
6 weeks later, 2 phone calls, countless emails ... and they cannot get me a replacement pair of the same jeans.
I had to send the jeans off for ""Analysis to prove that the Jeans were faulty"...
That was before I found many many reviews here on Hello Peter saying the same thing about the exact same faults with the exact same pair of jeans. Even more of the same complaints since my last visit here.
In other words not only was it a know issue, but it was and is a common issue.
After literally hours of my time, I get sent to collect a pair from Levi Access Park. - same size on the label as 3 pairs of my Levi's ... that fit me well - 2 sizes different in real life ... completely wrong label
Yet more incompetence and total lack of any sort of quality control.
So, my original purchase was 3 pairs of Levi jeans & t-shirts. A decent sized once off purchase of around R 3,000. You would assume that this would make me a 'decent' customer.
Nope. They see me as just another sucker. Less than zero customer loyalty.
Can you find an external contact email address anywhere on the internet ?
Nope. Quite typical for spammers and ********, they are unwilling to stand up and actually face any sort of customer feedback.
I've rated 1 star. Only because there is not a zero option.
