Still waiting for replacement

After lodging a complaint on this site about a defective pair of jeans. Levi's eventually collected the them and confirmed that they were indeed defect and on the 24th February Rukayah emailed and said in a few days a replacement would be sent. Maybe my definition of a few days is different to everyone else's because I thought a week or so. I have emailed Rukayah twice regarding this and have not received a reply. Perhaps she no longer works there. Maybe I have a too high expectation of customer service. Either way I don't have a pair of jeans to show for the money I paid.
