Shocking customer service and repeated lies

Absolutely appalled with the service (or lack there of) I have received from this company over the past 2 weeks. I purchased a pair of jeans that were too big, and immediately after trying them on I submitted the return request. After phoning the help centre 5+ times and multiple emails 2 weeks later there has not even been a courier truck to my address. They have told me on countless occasions that the collections were "failed" but I have never once received a phone call or seen a driver to my address. This is appalling considering the address has not changed, the name on the package is the same and I have phoned and emailed consistently, just to be told there is a driver out to collect, which never EVER arrives. DO NOT purchase from this company, unless you want to be severely frustrated and ****** from. Despicably poor customer service and appalling dishonesty.
