Replace lazy staff
Whenever I go to Levi's in Kenilworth Access Park I never ever get asked if I need help from the sales staff. They stand around like I'm doing them a favor by walking into the shop. I end up having to approach one of them instead. Not to brag but when I walk into a store I don't have time to look around because I generally know what I'm after and naturally I expect the staff to know the location of what I'm looking for. FYI price is no issue. There are 100s of jobless, willing people out there. Please get rid of these wannabes' and replace them with people who know what good customer service is all about.
