R900 Levi shoe and the sole comes out

<p>Hi Levi's</p> <p> </p> <p>I am not one to complain about something especially after purchasing it but with this levi's shoe that I purchased from an Edgar's in the Pavilion mall is simply embarrassing. The shoe decription is: </p> <p>Name: Fennel Nylon</p> <p>SKU: ********** 4-LEV</p> <p>COLOR: BLACK</p> <p>SIZE: 11</p> <p> </p> <p>I hardly used this shoe since purchasing it and the upper of the shoe is in new condition its just that the sole popped out. Its seems to be due to poor glue being used to stick the shoe together as it looks like the rubber sole is made up of a few different parts. I would appreciate if this matter can be resolved somehow as of this moment I do not want to purchase another Levi's brand.</p> <p> </p> <p>Look froward to hearing from Levi's.....</p>
