Poor service

Levi's has the most delivery services but when it comes to return their service is very poor, I logged a return on the 06.11.2025 and I received an email stating it has been approved and logged with courier, which is The Courier Guy. And when I did not received communication from courier, I reached out to the courier and asked about the status of the return only to find that it hasn't been logged and when I reach out to Levi's there is no response.
