POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM LEVI'S WOODMEAD OUTLET
Bought 3 Levis jeans for work purposes and the other one wasn't a perfect fit., Went to the store to exchange it and they wouldn't allow it. Apparently, they were altered by someone and now I have to take the blame for it. The store manager promised to escalate the matter and I've been waiting to hear from them since heaven knows when...SO DISSAPOINTED.
