Please reconsider rejection

I would like a Levi representative to contact me. I had bought a jean online that was too small and upon return it was rejected as it was stated there were "hairs" on it. This is totally ludicrous as I fitted it and immediately put it back in its packaging. When I queried this I was referred to their head office where there is no email address and they do not answer their phones.
